As we prepare for the gradual resumption of our shopping centres’ activities across the globe, our top priority remains the safety and health of our visitors and of our employees, whether they work at centre management, in our shops or amongst our service providers.

The progressive reopening of our centres is being conducted in a concerted and voluntary manner, in the spirit of partnership and collaboration that characterises the way we operate across the Group today. This mindset is embodied in our #WorkingTogether campaign, launched to restore confidence and inform shoppers and retailers of our strategy to keep them safe.

As our shopping centres are getting ready to welcome visitors again, we are all working together with our retailers and service providers to make our much-awaited reunion as enjoyable and safe as possible. With this in mind, we are complying with the recommendations of the local health authorities and are carefully implementing the appropriate measures to ensure we operate under strict hygienic conditions. We have collectively revised and adapted our procedures so that shoppers can enjoy their visit in complete confidence.

As a proof of our commitment, we have created a charter that emphasises our common effort to ensure health and safety in our centres and inform visitors of operational messages such as phased opening hours, social distancing guidelines and increased sanitary measures. In each centre where the charter is signed, centre management, service providers and retailers have all agreed to co-sign the document to demonstrate our willingness and readiness to welcome our visitors in the best possible way.
