Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield has defined an ambitious Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, Better Places 2030, addressing the main challenges facing commercial real estate.
Our CSR ambition is integrated in all key decision-making processes, from the design of our development projects to their construction, from everyday maintenance of our assets to regular improvements, from our relationship with our retailers to the final experience we provide to our visitors. And we know that we cannot act alone: our partners are the local authorities with whom we work and, start-ups and industry leaders, and the communities in which we operate.
