I have a question about a job; whom should I contact?

I have a very international background, where I should apply?

We will take your native language into consideration when making a hiring decision. However, if you wish to work in a specific country, you are free to apply in any of our regions, selecting "spontaneous application".



Does the company cover travel expenses when coming for an interview?

If you happen to not be near the location where interviews take place, we may cover your travel expenses. However, this practice is not automatic and varies from one country to another. Please make a request with your HR contact before the interview.



Am I eligible to join the European Graduate Programme (EGP)?

For the EGP, we hire Master’s graduates from top schools and Universities. We don’t have clear preferences regarding your major, rather we value analytical skills and an entrepreneurial/innovative spirit. We do not require previous experience in real estate or retail even though this may be a plus for your application.

You need to master at least two languages, English and a second language used in one of our regions (Czech, Dutch, German, French, Polish, Spanish, Swedish).

Information regarding sponsored work permits will be provided on a case-by-case basis during interviews.

Can I apply to several offers posted by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield?

You can send several applications on our platform, each of which will be considered separately. We strongly recommend that you carefully apply to the most suitable offers for your profile.



Why should I create my personal account?

Creating a personal account is not mandatory but it will enable you to apply more easily and view your application status and history.



Which documents do I have to attach to my application?

You are free to attach any documents you think are relevant for the job (CV, cover letter, academic transcript, etc.). Please be sure to attach your CV unless you imported your data from LinkedIn.



Is it possible to send a spontaneous application?

If no current position matches your profile, you can select “spontaneous application” when filtering offers by location or job function.
New positions are continuously being posted on our website, we advise you to check back frequently.



How can I correct or withdraw my application?

Applications, once submitted, cannot be revised or withdrawn. If you forgot to upload an important document, we advise you to submit a new application.



Is it possible to save my application and to send it at another time?

Unfortunately this action is not possible. Be sure to have everything prepared for your application before starting the application process.
