Our HR teams ensure that new employees have all the necessary information and documents to help their first day go as smoothly as possible.
Upon arrival, you will have the possibility to attend a welcome event, be introduced to top managers in a series of meetings, visit a key asset to get an understanding of its day-to-day operations and take a two-day training course on business basics. In 2017, the Group in France received the “HappyAtWork for Starters” trophy rewarding the high level of satisfaction of young graduates hired in France.
To power our ambitious objectives, we rely on collective power and our ability to collaborate efficiently. This is supported through creativity rooms across the regions and the Mixer, a collaborative space at our Paris headquarters, as well as concierge services and internal digital collaboration tools. Our IT teams proactively manage the digitalisation of the Group’s processes and the evolution of technical equipment, fostering better collaboration across all team. sInnovation is at the core of our working habits. In many of the Group’s headquarters, Creativity Rooms hold brainstorming sessions and design-thinking workshops. The Mixer, a co-working space, is dedicated to open innovation and creating synergies between internal teams and external stakeholders. Concierge services and vitality programmes are offered to the employees in some of the regional headquarters.
