The Group’s Training Academy




Initially created in 1995, the URW Academy is a part of our DNA and shows the Group's long-standing commitment to continuous learning and employee development.

The Academy supports exciting and challenging careers, across departments and internationally. We support the professional growth and leadership development of our teams with on-the-job training and targeted training paths.

Our approach to learning is multi-faceted. We believe in blended learning, combining the most effective digital tools and channels with in-classroom training.
