The Group’s Corporate Training Academy embodies the Group’s long-standing commitment to continuous learning and is a fundamental part of our DNA. Our business is changing fast, in a challenging environment. We believe that professional development through learning and training, at all stages of a career, are crucial to ensure the Group’s future successes and is a key factor in engaging talent.

Created in 2007, the Academy supports exciting and challenging careers, across departments and internationally. Our approach to learning is multi-faceted. We support the professional growth and leadership development of our teams with on-the-job training and targeted training paths. We rely on top managers, internal experts and external professionals to design training courses that share internal know-how and the best external practices.

We believe in blended learning, combining the most effective digital tools and channels with in-classroom training.
