The project Val Tolosa is part of an overall development project of the west of Toulouse, a dynamic region in the south west of France. Thierry Laverne, who was the landscape designer of the French Pavilion at the 2015 Universal Exhibition, designed Val Tolosa to be as closely integrated and harmonious with nature.
