On September 24 and 25, the Hôtel Salomon de Rothschild (Paris) is hosting the 2020 edition of AIPC’s Annual Conference, gathering event venues manager and major players from the European and global event community.

Organised around the “Re-Generation” theme, the event aims at pinpointing strong and innovative solutions to ensure the industry’s future under dire sanitary and economic circumstances. For the very first time the event will be hybrid, both physical and digital, to allow each and every member to take part in the discussion.

On the agenda: meetings, roundtables and debates around various topics pertaining to the event venue sector, including a discussion on exit strategies with the ICCA – International Congress and Convention Association, and the UFI – The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry. Other headliners include Mark Gallagher, managing director of Performance Insights, André Schneider, CEO of Aéroports de Genève, and Franck Gervais, CEO of ACCOR.

“We are very happy to host AIPC’s annual conference and to gather event venues managers from all over the world to share experiences, and reflect together on challenges to be tackled.”

Pablo Nakhlé Cerruti, CEO of Viparis

“It is vital to gather all our members in order to show our capacity to recover and emerge from this crisis stronger than ever. Let’s make this event an homage to the resourcefulness displayed by our members until now – and a major step towards a new future for us all!”

Aloysius Arlando, AIPC President
