Wroclavia

Wroclavia-Header

Wroclavia has brought a new standard of services, innovative architecture and an unforgettable atmosphere to the Wrocław market. Located in the heart of the city, it is adjacent to the main transportation hub, which includes the central railway station, numerous tram and bus stops, and bike lanes.

Wroclavia features 144 stores, including many exclusive offers and international brands. Nearly a quarter of the total area is dedicated to entertainment and dining, with 33 cafés and restaurants. Other highlights include Wroclavia’s IMAX screen, the only one in Lower Silesia; Poland’s first Gamestate arcade; an innovative, emission-free electric go-kart track called Pitlane; and an elegant rooftop bar.

Environmental sustainability is a hallmark of Wroclavia. The centre relies entirely on renewable energy sources. During the construction phase, great attention was paid to reducing Wroclavia’s carbon footprint. Architects incorporated the use of natural materials, glass entrances, sustainable roofing material and vertical gardens. Outside the centre stands a 300-year-old oak tree called “Przewodnik”, cared for by experienced arborists and landscape architects. Wroclavia actively contributes to biodiversity efforts, with two insect hotels providing shelter for pollinators and a symbolic partnership with Wrocław Zoo to support bees in the zoo’s garden.
