  • Strong organic growth will be achieved through the powerful combination of our dominant flagship assets, our unrivalled operations expertise and the strong positioning we have established for the Westfield brand. It will also be driven through the continued expansion of Westfield Rise, our retail media agency.

  • We will unlock further value in our portfolio through sustainability-driven, mixed-use densification projects, retail extensions and selected future development opportunities, while maintaining disciplined capital allocation policy.

  • New revenues will be generated by our new licensing business, and the opportunity to expand the network of flagship centres under the Westfield brand to affluent new markets with leading international partners.

  • Our focus on growth will be supported by financial discipline. Under a new capital allocation framework we will control Capex, reduce Group debt and deliver strong shareholder returns.
