About 25% of the leasable area is dedicated to visitor experiences, with 44 restaurants and a 15-screen multiplex with the first commercial IMAX theatre in the Nordic region.

The centre was designed by the renowned architect Gert Wingårdh, who created a space that reflects the Nordic landscape, and the site also houses 42,000 square metres of office space and housing.
