The Dining Experience™ places dining at the heart of the customer experience, by offering customers the best and most innovative food concepts in a spectacular setting with a unique programme of events.

The Dining Experience™ places restaurants, socialising and relaxation at the heart of the shopping centre experience. With a mix of the best local and international restaurateurs, an exceptional design, and a dedicated programme of events and marketing, the Dining Experience™ is a destination in itself.

All new projects in the Group’s development pipeline in Continental Europe include the Dining Experience™.

The Designer Gallery™

The Designer Gallery™ is a contemporary space, inspired by magazines and concept stores, which takes customers on a journey through fashion and art.



The Designer Gallery™ draws inspiration from the world of magazines and concept stores to offer a unique, exclusive and contemporary shopping experience based on a mix of concept stores, renowned international brands and promising young designers.


  1. The Concept
    Aiming to bring the spirit of concept stores and fashion magazines to Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield’s shopping centres in Continental Europe, the Designer Gallery™ blends aspirational and trendy brands, and a constantly renewed offer, with exclusive services and events, all in a well-designed space.

  2. The Spirit
    A place with a contemporary spirit, featuring an ever-changing selection of pop-ups and "experience stores", as well as artistic collections. A "Chief Editor" imagines, shapes and renews the space to match the latest trends.

The Designer Gallery™ is present in Westfield Mall of Scandinavia (Stockholm, Sweden), Galeria Mokotów (Warsaw, Poland) and, since October 2017, in Westfield Chodov (Prague, Czech Republic).

The Designer Gallery™ in Galeria Mokotów was the first rollout of the concept in an existing shopping centre. The shopping centre welcomed new retail concepts with the first Uterqüe, & Other Stories and Dior Parfums in Poland.

The 3,000m² area hosts a Designer Gallery Studio and a coffee shop, plus art, fashion and lifestyle events.

Fresh! is inspired by the best downtown markets and aims to create an exceptional food hall for the most demanding gourmets offering a high quality, diversified and regularly renewed food offer.

INSPIRED BY THE GREAT GOURMET CENTRES OF THE WORLD



Fresh! is a local food market covering more than 1,500m², combining the best high-street food concepts with vibrant gastronomic activities.

There is a growing demand for fresh, organic, local produce and gourmet cuisine that is meticulously prepared and presented. Likewise, there is a need for reinventing this food offer in a desirable place. Fresh! is not only a destination but a true gastronomic experience.

Showcasing the best local produce, this Fresh! destination is an exceptional gourmet hall. Apart from offering great food, a large number of workshops take place at La Cuina del Mercat, in order to enrich the customer experience.

The Family Experience

Recognizing that customers who shop with their children need specific attention, the Group launched The Family Experience in Continental Europe. This destination focuses on meeting essential family needs.

CREATING THE MOST FAMILY-FRIENDLY SHOPPING CENTRES IN EUROPE



Recognizing that customers who shop with their children have specific needs, the new Family Experience creates the perfect conditions for a family-friendly journey inside the Group’s shopping centres in Continental Europe. Parents and children will share magical moments in thrilling attractions and tailor-made environments. An adapted retail offer will also meet their needs.

In Donau Zentrum, the Family Experience includes two innovative playgrounds with a magic tree, multiple slides, a magic attic, plus many other activities, workshops and a childcare service.

In October 2017, Centrum Černý Most (Prague, Czech Republic) became the second shopping centre in the Group’s portfolio in Continental Europe to welcome the Family Experience.

In Continental Europe, the Group has made a concerted effort to understand the challenges posed by our modern-day work life in order to offer spaces that are innovative and unique–allowing companies to be faster, more connected and to work in a more collaborative manner. The New Art of Working systematically places the end users at the heart of the Group’s office development in Continental Europe.

In 1989, the time a manager was able to devote to an activity before being interrupted was anywhere from six to fifteen minutes. It is now just 90 seconds to four minutes.

Managers face growing challenges, such as attracting and retaining talent, and ensuring flexibility in an ever-changing world. The New Art of Working concept answers these challenges through:

    Large, efficient office buildings in prime locations in the Paris central business district and La Défense.
