New corporate values: Together at URW
Over the past few months, a comprehensive work has been carried out at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield to design a new set of Group values, building on the legacy of both companies, employee input and a collaborative process involving workshops with more than 2,000 employees.
On June 5, 2019, on the occasion of our first anniversary, Group CEO Christophe Cuvillier shared our new corporate values with the teams around the globe in a Group-wide live broadcast.
Our values make us who we are. They are reflected in very concrete, day-to-day actions: how we work together, how we interact with each other, how we deliver together. Our values are the foundation of how we succeed together today, and how we will succeed together tomorrow.
