Roderick Munsters has been a member of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield's Supervisory Board since April 25, 2017 and Chair of the merged Governance, Nomination and Remuneration Committee since January 1, 2021. He is a member of its Governance and Nomination and Remuneration Committees since September 26, 2019 and was Chair of the Remuneration Committee from May 15, 2020 to December 31, 2020. He was a member of its Audit Committee from July 1, 2017 to September 25, 2019.

He is Chair of the Supervisory Board of Athora Netherlands, a Dutch insurance company, since October 1, 2021. He is also currently a non-executive director of the European Bank of New York Mellon, and an advisor of the Financial Investments Strategic Committee of Capital Guidance. Since September 11, 2023, he has been a non-executive director on the board of Wisayah Global Investment Company.

He is a former Supervisory Board member of Edmond of Rothschild Asset Management and PGGM Asset Management, and former Board member of Moody’s Investors Service Europe (Moody’s UK, Moody’s France and Moody’s Deutschland).

He previously held various positions in the Investment Department of NV Interpolis Insurance and is former Managing Director and CIO of PGGM Pension Fund; former Executive Director and CIO of ABP Pension Fund & APG All Pensions Group; former Member of the Capital Markets Committee of the Dutch Financial Market Authority (AFM); former CEO of Robeco Group N.V. and former CEO of Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management.

He holds a Master in Economics and in Finance from Tilburg University.
