Our people at URW: The Leasing team experience
Our shopping destinations attract the best retail offers for our customers featuring top players in fashion, luxury, dining, lifestyle, health & well-being, technology, entertainment, and leisure, as well as DNVBs (Digital Native Vertical Brands) and local players. Our leasing teams are uniquely positioned to decode the changing and fast-paced retail environment in which brands operate in and provide the best retail concepts with a space where they can showcase their identity.
Each member of URW’s leasing teams helps drive the phases of an asset’s commercialisation, from the creation of an exciting retail mix for the asset, to finding and negotiating with international must-have brands and local heroes, to maintaining relationships with some of the most interesting, engaging and innovative retail brands in the world.

Our people at URW: The Development team experience
Our Development teams drive every phase of asset development operations, from the set-up of a project to laying the first stone, and finally to delivery, in close relationships with the Works, Operating Management and Leasing teams. They also work together with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the dynamic transformation of existing assets to answer to our customers’ ever-evolving business needs and create exciting and engaging environments for the 1 billion visits we receive each year.
