We were selected by the City of Hamburg, the second largest city in Germany and one of the most dynamic areas in Europe, to develop Westfield Hamburg. The mixed-use property will feature offices, housing, hotels, a shopping centre with 200 stores, and a cruise terminal slated to welcome more than 1 million passengers a year. It will also include an emblematic tower designed by French architect Christian de Portzamparc.

With a total area of 217,332 sqm, it is the largest city-centre project in Europe. We will develop 90,000 sqm of retail and leisure space, 50,000 sqm of offices, and 30,000 sqm dedicated to three hotels. The shopping centre will feature the Designer Gallery™ and the Dining Experience™ – two of our signature guest services providing bespoke shopping and dining options. Major international and national retailers have already applied for space in the new shopping destination, which will open to the public in 2021.
