Amicie du Réau is an Operating Manager for URW in France, having joined the Group through our International Graduate Program. As she explains here, with the IGP, she was able to experience three different departments at URW – Leasing in France, Investment in Sweden and finally Investment for Offices back in France.
“As soon as I joined the program, I was trained and supported by inspired people,” she says. This immersive learning adventure gave her the broad experience to join the Shopping Centre Management team in France after the IGP, before being appointed to manage our flagship Westfield Parly 2, then taking a new role as Operating Manager.
URW’s IGP is a year-long training program that gives bold, passionate graduates a way to build their skills and kickstart their careers. It offers roles in three different departments at URW, including one posting abroad. It’s a fantastic way to experience many sides of an industry-leading company before you specialise in the business role that’s right for you.
