Ricardo Lizcano is now our Director of Operations for Spain. Like many of our senior leaders, he joined the Group through URW’s International Graduate Program. This one-year immersion into our Group and the commercial real estate industry is designed to prepare our future leaders for success.
Here Ricardo talks about his journey through the program and his subsequent postings in Spain and the United States, where he helped to build the Operating Management Team. This broad experience has given him a true understanding of URW’s DNA and role we play within the communities in which we do business.
