Coppermaker Square

Coppermaker Square is a residential development in the heart of Stratford, East London, by Joint Venture partners Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), PSP Investments and QuadReal Property Group. Construction began in 2019 and completes in 2025. Coppermaker Square began to welcome its first residents in January 2023.  
  
The development offers 1,225 spectacular rental homes, from studios to three-beds, across 10 impressive buildings with a clubhouse of exceptional amenities. These include: a state-of-the-art gym, yoga studio and spin room, a 25m swimming pool and spa, a co-working space, a residents’ lounge, a pet wash and an outdoor terrace and roof garden. There is also a public space measuring 2,323 square metres in the centre of the development. 
  
This new residential quarter, just next door to Westfield Stratford City, builds a vibrant and diverse community and is an example of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield’s strategy to significantly increase the densification of exceptional and highly connected retail destinations by adding offices, residential, hotels and other uses.
