Meet Anne Sewall and Paul Catteau

Our IGP offers a truly global experience to the boldest and most passionate graduates from top European and U.S. universities. We empower them to take ownership of their projects and become sustainable and creative change-makers on an international platform, to generate positive impact within our local communities and in our workplace.

With over three rotations across different departments within the Group, of which at least one is an international assignment, trainees are given tools and opportunities to learn and put their knowledge into practice.

Through this program, we bring together bold, talented graduates who work with us to Create Better Places Together, and hold high standards for excellence throughout the different departments within the Group, providing an environment conducive for teamwork and ground-breaking projects, such as the opening of the one-of-its-kind Westfield Mall of the Netherlands in Leidschendam near The Hague, an expanded residential project in Barcelona adjoining our La Maquinista destination, and an exclusive digital-meets-physical performance by Lady Gaga, a first in our industry.
